FAQs

MOCTEZUMA MONUMENT

1. ENTERING AND LEAVING MEXICO: It is a privilege to re-enter the United States. US citizens are required to show a USA passport or passport card. Truested traveler program cards such as NEXUS, SENTRI, or FAST are accepted. This includes children under the age of 18. I also suggest that if you have any doubt about re-entering the United States that you contact the appropriate government authority prior to going on tour.

2. CAN I SPEND DOLLARS OR MUST I CONVERT TO PESOS? USA currency is accepted in most shops that we will encounter on our tour. Small denominations are always best in dealing with smaller retailers. When visiting Mexico you may purchase up to $80.00 USD of merchandise duty – free. Visitors over the age of 21 are allowed to return with one liter of alcohol per person. Most major credit cards are accepted in Mexico, however cash is preferred.

3. LENGTH OF TOUR: Depending on the tour you select I will try to have you back in the USA by 6:00PM. Tours to the Valle de Guadalupe could take slightly longer due to the distance travelled. Remember, you are crossing an international border and delays can occur. Please plan your days accordingly. Mr. Brunner’s Tours are not responsible for any delays caused by border traffic. If you are detained at the border for documentation or custom issues you may find yourself looking for alternative transportation to your home or hotel.

4. Seating is open for this tour. First come first serve after each stop. My van seats 12 people comfortably and there will be several stops where restrooms are available.

5. All tours will operate with a minimum of three people. Thus, a tour nay be cancelled if the minimum amount is not reached.

6. SINCE THIS TOUR OPERATES IN MEXICO ALL PASSENGERS ARE TO HAVE PROPER DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO STARTING THE TOUR. You can also take the trolley to the San Ysidro station ( which drops you off right at the border on the USA side )and we will be more Than happy to pick you up at that station. At the time you register for the tour pick up arrangements should be made or contact our business telephone number for more details.
